It can be cold or warm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turn off<\/strong> the tap, and then apply soap.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lather<\/strong> your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Don\u2019t forget the backs of your hands, between your fingers and under your nails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scrub<\/strong> your hands for 20 seconds. (Yes, 20 seconds!
