When you travel is when you tend to take a lot of pictures! It’s also often when your clothes aren’t quite looking their best because they’ve been packed away and may need to make more than one appearance over the course of your journey. We put together packing tips to help keep you and your clothes looking great!

1. Choose fabrics carefully. You may want to look for options that are quick-drying and wrinkle-resistant.
2. Clean & dry. Before packing clothes, make sure clothes are clean and dry. Keep any liquids in a separate bag in your suitcase to keep clothes dry even if something leaks.
3. Zip it. Button all buttons and zip all zippers before folding to preserve garment shape.
4. In the fold. Carefully fold garments to avoid stretching, indentations, and excessive wrinkling.
5. It’s in the bag. Use a net bag designed for lingerie to help prevent fraying, catching and tearing of delicate items.
6. Sheet action. Place a dryer sheet in your luggage to help keep clothes smelling fresh.
7. Get rid of wrinkles. Hang creased items in the bathroom while you shower to help steam out wrinkles.
8. Traveler’s kit. To keep clothes looking and smelling their best while you’re on the road, take a laundry travel kit that includes a stain removal stick, gel or wipe; wrinkle-releasing spray; and fabric refresher.
9. Sewing kit. You never know when you might lose a button or tear a hem.
